Description

Primary Responsibilities for CNA:

  • Provides personal care for residents
  • Supports and fosters good relationships with residents, families, and visitors
  • Offers input into the assessment of the residents and the care planning
  • Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise

 

 

Qualifications


Qualifications for CNA:

  • Valid Kansas certification required
  • Experience in adult care and services helpful
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
