Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, and using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
- Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, or polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for staff and guests
- Follow established safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies usage to support operational efficiency
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality housekeeping, or custodial roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
