Agile Technical Business Analyst

Bacompt, a RevOne Company, is seeking an experienced Agile Technical Business Analyst to support the acceleration of our platform initiatives and enterprise application ecosystem. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical execution—ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered efficiently.

Requirements

• Platform Migration & Delivery
  • Lead and support the migration of current system to a new platform, defining clear, iterative development paths through to production. 
  • Partner with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals. 
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (as needed) and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking. 
• Business & Systems Analysis
  • Develop a deep understanding of RevOne’s business systems, workflows, and operational dependencies prior to recommending or implementing changes. 
  • Analyze current-state vs. future-state processes to support system enhancements and platform transitions. 
• Quality & Business Continuity
  • Ensure business continuity throughout system migrations and enhancements.       
  • Validate that all delivered features meet quality standards, functional requirements, and operational expectations before release.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. 
  • Continuously engage internal teams to gather requirements, feedback, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements for rapid prototyping and delivery. 
• Application Integration & Interoperability
  • Champion seamless interoperability across the RevOne application suite, including:       
    • Payment  Portal 
    • Campaign  Manager 
    • Additional platform applications 
  • Ensure systems are designed and implemented with scalability and integration in mind.
• Security & Compliance
  • Promote and support high standards of data security, privacy, and compliance across all systems. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment 
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) 
• Experience working with software development teams and system integrations 
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platform migrations or large-scale system implementations 
• Familiarity with financial systems, healthcare revenue cycle, or enterprise SaaS environments 
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar 
• Exposure to API integrations, data flows, and system architecture concepts 
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications

Position Impact

This role is instrumental in enabling speed, flexibility, and scalability within RevOne’s technology ecosystem—ensuring the successful evolution of platforms while maintaining operational excellence across all business units.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
