Senior Wealth Advisor
$120,000 base $14,000-$18,000 discretionary bonus
We are hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client - a well-established, independently operated wealth management firm in Scottsdale, AZ .
This is not a sales role. There is no cold calling, no prospecting quota, no pressure to hunt. You will be handed an established book of high-net-worth clients and trusted to deliver exceptional, holistic financial planning and service.
What the role looks like:
- Service approximately 100-150 HNW households ($50-100M AUM) with a dedicated CSA handling admin and follow-up coordination
- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans covering investments, estate planning, tax strategy, and more
- Work with clients holding $500K in investable assets - true high-net-worth relationships
- Report to a Senior Partner in a firm that has been growing intentionally for over 20 years

- CFP or ChFC designation
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65)
- Life/Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain - firm pays)
- 5-7 years of hands-on lead advisor experience with HNW clients
