Title: Lead Financial Advisor
Location: Tysons, VA
Compensation: Base ~$150,000 plus bonus, with significant upside over time through a variable compensation option tied to fees generated.
We’re hiring a Lead Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing hybrid wealth management firm based in Tysons, Virginia. Step into a team that already manages over $1 billion in assets with strong referral and custodian lead flow.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a growing roster of high-net-worth client households.
- Lead client meetings from day one and handle both investment and planning conversations.
- Work with sophisticated, highly customized non-discretionary portfolios.
- Represent the team in local Fidelity and Schwab branch offices, including educational presentations.
- Collaborate with an associate advisor and client service manager to deliver a high-touch experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Lead Advisor or primary relationship manager for HNW clients.
- Comfortable and confident discussing investments and portfolio strategy, not just planning.
- Strong background in comprehensive planning; experience with eMoney or similar is a plus.
- CFP® required.
- Series 7 and 66 strongly preferred; CFP® candidates with a 65 or 66 who are willing and able to obtain the 7 within an agreed timeframe may be considered.
- Engaging communicator with the presence to speak in branch settings and client events.
- Rooted in, or strongly committed to, the DC/Northern Virginia/Maryland area.
- Able to work on-site full-time in Tysons, Virginia, with local travel to custodian branches.
