Head of Planning – Multi-Office Wealth Management RIA
Compensation: $170,000–$220,000 base 10%–20% target annual incentive comprehensive benefits
Location: In person – Red Bank, NJ; Cleveland, OH; or Charleston, SC
Our client is growing, and we’re hiring a Head of Planning to lead the charge.
We’re a multi-office, SEC-registered RIA with a mission to make comprehensive wealth management simple. If you love solving complex planning puzzles and coaching others to grow, we want to talk.

- Own select HNW and UHNW planning cases, from retirement income to Roth conversions to estate coordination

What you bring:
- 10 years of financial planning experience, including high net worth clients
- CFP® designation in good standing
- Experience leading or mentoring planners or paraplanners
- Advanced eMoney (or equivalent) proficiency
- A fiduciary, client-first mindset and the ability to make complexity simple
What we offer:
- $170,000–$220,000 base salary
- 10%–20% target annual incentive
