Wealth Advisor | Sarasota, Florida | $85K–$125K Base Bonus
You don't cold call. You don't prospect. You close.
We're looking for a Front-End Wealth Advisor to step into a role built for one thing: converting warm, firm-generated leads into new client relationships. Prospects come to you already educated and ready to talk, through retirement planning seminars we run for you.
What you'll do:
- Deliver retirement seminars to pre-qualified prospects
- Run first, second, and third appointments
- Close new advisory relationships
- Hand clients off to a dedicated service team for ongoing management
What you won't do:
- Cold call or hunt for your own leads
- Get stuck babysitting a book of business long-term
- Juggle prospecting and servicing at the same time
What you bring:
- Active Series 65, or Series 7 & 66 (or ability to get there fast)
- Active Life & Health Insurance license
- Clean regulatory record
- 3 years in financial advisory or retirement planning
- Strong presentation and closing skills
This is a seat for advisors who want to spend their time in front of prospects and clients, not behind a desk building a pipeline from scratch. Marketing, lead generation, and admin support are already built in.
