Position Overview
The Associate Wealth Manager plays a central role in the delivery and execution of the firms comprehensive wealth management experience. This position is designed for a high-capacity, growth-oriented professional who wants to develop into a lead advisor over time while working directly alongside senior leadership. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Wealth Management in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes planning responsibilities. The role combines financial planning, relationship management, client service, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and wants exposure to sophisticated planning conversations involving investments, retirement planning, tax strategy, estate planning coordination, insurance analysis, business owner planning, and multi-generational wealth considerations. This is not a back-office planning role. The Associate Wealth Manager will actively participate in client meetings, help drive implementation, and progressively take ownership of client relationships over time.
Core Responsibilities
Client Meeting Support & Planning Execution
· Attend client meetings alongside the Vice President of Wealth Management
· Prepare meeting agendas, planning analyses, and supporting materials in advance of meetings
· Build and maintain financial plans within eMoney for advisor review and finalization
· Assist in developing retirement projections, cash flow analyses, balance sheet summaries, estate flow considerations, insurance analyses, and investment allocation recommendations
· Prepare meeting recap notes and oversee follow-through on all agreed-upon action items
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients
· Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding implementation items, outstanding requests, and planning updates
· Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience aligned with the firm’s standards and culture
· Develop and eventually manage a subset of client relationships independently, primarily clients in the accumulation phase of their financial lives
· Collaborate with senior advisors on more complex planning situations as needed
Coordination & Implementation
· Coordinate with external professionals including CPAs, estate planning attorneys, insurance professionals, and retirement plan providers
· Assist with account opening, transfers, beneficiary updates, retirement plan implementation, and planning follow-through
· Maintain accurate client records, planning assumptions, and CRM workflows
· Support continuous refinement of the firm’s financial planning process and client experience
Technology & Systems
· Operate effectively within eMoney, Orion, Salesforce/CRM systems, and other planning and reporting tools
· Ensure planning data remains organized, accurate, and actionable
· Adept in prompting and utilizing AI
· Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency over time
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 3-5 years of experience within an RIA, family office, or wealth management firm
· Experience supporting financial planning and client relationships
· Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar planning software
· Series 65 licensed or willing to obtain promptly
· Strong interest in pursuing CFP® certification if not already enrolled
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills with both clients and professional partners
· High attention to detail and follow-through
· Growth-oriented mindset with desire to evolve into a lead advisor role
· Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with team members

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
