Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Business Development (80%)
- Expand your client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Leverage firm resources and marketing support to enhance your visibility and growth.
- Develop trusted partnerships and represent the firm’s brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Drive revenue and practice growth while maintaining an exceptional standard of client care.
Client Relationship Management (20%)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high net-worth and ultra high net-worth individuals and families.
- Provide tailored financial advice including investment management, estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic strategies.
- Collaborate with a team of internal specialists to design and implement customized financial plans.
- Guide clients through complex financial decisions with a holistic, values-based approach.
Compensation:
💰 Earning Potential: $175,000 – $225,000 in the first year
Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives. Earnings will vary depending on experience, network, and business development success.
