💼 What You’ll Do
As a key advisor on the team, you will:
- Guide clients from discovery through planning and onboarding
- Work warm leads and leverage a robust internal database
- Meet clients onsite or via Zoom (no in-home appointments)
- Present at seminars and webinars
- Partner with internal operations for planning & servicing
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
You're a strong fit if you’re:
- Licensed (Series 65 active Insurance license)
- Experienced (3 years in advising or financial sales)
- A proven closer with self-starting drive
- Coachable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
- Local to Columbus (relocation not preferred)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 base salary
- 20% of AUM annuity production
- Target Year 1 earnings: $150,000–$200,000
- PTO paid holidays
- 401(k) with 3% company match after year one
- Note: Health insurance not provided
