What You Bring

• CPA license required (or EA on a CPA track)
• Proven tax prep experience — confident in both client work and collaboration

Compensation & Perks

• Base: $90K–$160K (depending on experience/scope)
• Bonus: Seasonal/variable tied to returns and production
