Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) is hiring experienced automotive sales professionals to join our winning, family-owned team in Scottsdale.
We sell 200-250 luxury vehicles nationwide, generate 2,000 leads per month, and have earned 20,000 five-star reviews—including Arizona’s #1 Independent Dealer honors year after year.

You’ll build lasting customer relationships, guide clients through the buying process, conduct test drives and demos, set appointments, handle walk-ins, and follow up to create repeat and referral business—all while bringing energy and professionalism every day.
Requirements
Prefer automotive sales & internet lead experience, but we are open to someone with a successful sales history.
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license & clean record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
