Job Overview

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and waxing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks in large-scale facilities or production areas with precision and safety awareness
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a pristine appearance
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly
- Use commercial cleaning tools and techniques effectively to deliver high-quality results on schedule
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, and sealing is advantageous
- Experience with industrial cleaning tasks in large facilities or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with general facilities maintenance practices including minor repairs and safety protocols
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety standards related to custodial work
