Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beer, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems, processing orders efficiently and handling cash safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including serving food when required and supporting banquet or catering events.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills (mixology), wine knowledge, and craft beer expertise.
- 3 years bartending experience
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting.
- Previous restaurant or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
