Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, combined with your ability to engage with customers, will contribute to a memorable experience in our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service at all times.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet services, is a plus.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Strong sales skills to promote beverage specials and enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques.
