As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate nursing care in a residential substance use detox and treatment setting. You'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes in a low-stress environment.
🔑 YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
- Performing basic and focused nursing assessments, vital signs, observation, and documentation
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Conducting admission assessments and basic nursing exams
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participating in treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensuring patient safety and responding to emergencies according to policies
- Contributing to a supportive environment for recovery and healing

✨ YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE:
- Current and valid Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida or multi-state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Passion for addiction medicine and mental health care
- New grads welcome as well as experienced RNs!
