What You Will Do
Medication administration and monitoring resident health through vitals and assessments- Supervise CNA’s in providing quality care
- Document care and communicate changes in resident condition
- Help create a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents
What We Are Looking For
Active and Clear RN or LPN license- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
