As we grow our brand presence and expand into new markets, we’re looking for a talented Creative & Design Senior Specialist to help bring the Haven vision to life across every visual touchpoint.

Position Summary

The Creative & Design Sr. Specialist serves as Haven’s in-house creative lead, responsible for shaping and executing the visual expression of our brand. This role manages a wide range of design projects including digital, print, social media, photography, presentations, and branded content.

This position blends creative strategy, design execution, and project management — perfect for a hands-on designer who enjoys building and refining a fast-growing brand’s creative ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Brand Development

• Lead in-house creative design initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
• Develop and evolve Haven’s visual identity, including logos, design systems, templates, and brand assets.
• Build and maintain Haven’s content and asset library.
• Create and update brand style guides, visual standards, and companywide design templates.

Design & Production

• Create high-quality marketing materials including print collateral, digital graphics, social media assets, email/SMS graphics, presentations, and internal materials.
• Develop layouts, creative concepts, and visual direction for campaigns.
• Produce social media graphics and accompanying copy.
• Design clear and visually compelling internal and external presentations.
• Support photography and imagery creation, including asset curation and light photo editing.
• Provide support for light video editing, pre-production planning, and on-set creative direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design sales decks, recruiting materials, trade show collateral, and training visuals.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into strong visual concepts.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and creative partners.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with Haven’s tone, voice, and brand posture.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of professional design, creative production, or brand management experience (in-house preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  Premiere Pro and After Effects experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Passion for innovation, brand-building, and producing high-quality creative work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the home services industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Vimeo, and other video platforms.
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
