The Watergate Hotel is currently seeking talented In Room Dining Servers to join our dynamic In Room Dining team! 

Successful candidates will posses the following skills and expertise:

• 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant server experience is required; those with direct server experience in a luxury hotel In Room Dining department will be strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work a very flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be a superior communicator with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• Must have superior food and beverage knowledge including various ingredients, preparation techniques, wines, beers, spirits and craft cocktails. 
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job such as: carrying/lifting heavy trays and hot boxes; standing/walking for extended periods of time while on shift; must be able to negotiate stairs with trays and bulky items in the course of service.
• Must possess a polished, poised and uplifting demeanor and be able to engage and enhance our guests' In Room Dining experience.
