The role of a dining room server is multifaceted and requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Set tables with appropriate place settings and in accordance with the meal period
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware from the dining room areas and deliver them to the dishwashing area
- Refresh tables as necessary, following defined steps of service for each meal period
To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures, acquired through at least 2 months of similar experience. You will also need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have excellent vision and physical stamina.
