This position will require seeing a project through to completion, and then relocation to a new project. You will begin in the Iowa market working with one of our current Project Executives to learn our company approach, and then relocate to your assigned project.

Responsibilities
- Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
- Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
- Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
- Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
- Mentorship: Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.
- 10 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area
