Description

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Industrial Refrigeration to join our Des Moines team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who excels at managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead Projects: Coordinate team members and resources for large-scale projects from initiation through closeout
• Facilitate Strategic Planning: Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and drive successful outcomes
• Own Project Excellence: Take full accountability for project performance including safety, quality, financial results, and client satisfaction
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets across multiple concurrent projects, strategically allocate resources, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue generation
• Support & Develop Talent: Support new team members through their training and onboarding by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights; communicate training needs to leadership
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of project engineering or management experience; industrial refrigeration experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects
• Strong technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
