What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager, IT position at The Waldinger Corp.?
Description
Senior Project Manager, IT
Are you a seasoned delivery leader who thrives on turning ambitious, enterprise-scale ideas into real business results? Waldinger Corporation is looking for a Senior Project Manager, IT to lead our most complex, high-visibility initiatives — the ones that shape how the business operates for years to come.
You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders, own delivery end-to-end, and have the autonomy to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to work that matters.
What You'll Do
Own delivery, start to finish. Lead enterprise-level initiatives across multiple teams and functions — from kickoff to measurable business impact. You're accountable not just for hitting milestones, but for real adoption and value.
Shape the roadmap. Build and manage integrated plans across complex, interdependent workstreams. Make the calls on scope, priority, and trade-offs that keep initiatives aligned to long-term goals.
Get ahead of problems. Spot risks and issues before they become blockers. Bring clear recommendations to the table and keep delivery moving, even when things get complicated.
Be the connective tissue. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and keep everyone — from executives to delivery teams — aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction.
Keep an eye on the numbers. Own financial performance and resource allocation for your initiatives, and make sure spend and scope stay in step with outcomes.
Raise the bar. Mentor and influence across teams, champion better delivery practices, and help build a stronger, more consistent execution culture across the organization.

- A track record of turning complexity into clear plans and real outcomes
