Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space management. Ensures that all facilities and grounds are kept clean, safe, and secure.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develops and oversees the facility budget, including annual forecasts and cost management strategies to control expenses.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinates preventative maintenance programs and schedules necessary repairs for critical systems. Supports the team in executing maintenance tasks when required. Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Space Planning and Utilization: Manages space allocation and layouts, including office moves and expansions. Optimizes space usage to support organizational objectives and accommodate growth.
- Facility Safety and Security: Manages safety and security policies, conducts audits, and prepares necessary reports for the corporate headquarters. Ensures the security system is actively monitored and collaborates with cross-functional teams to address any incidents or misconduct on the property. Executes safety drills and conducts tests to maintain awareness and compliance.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of facility management experience
- Associate's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Occasional Travel
