Summary

The W Real Estate Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our dynamic team in Wake Forest, USA. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate property listings, maximize their market visibility, and help ensure each transaction progresses smoothly and successfully. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as a genuine passion for real estate. Responsibilities

• Master in-house technology and tools for listings
• Bring in listing opportunities for the team
• Master the listing presentation and teach the presentation to team members

Qualifications

You are a detail-oriented operations-based professional who has a knack for marketing listings. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.

• Must have North Carolina Real Estate License
• Creative problem-solving
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with others
• Ability to work in a team/busy office setting
• Desire to learn and grow continually
• Have knowledge of Google Suite of Products (i.e. Google Drive/Google Sheets/Google
