The W Group Assisted Living Communities is seeking a compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide with a "Yes, I can" attitude to join our team. If you're passionate about enriching the lives of residents through engaging activities, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in recreation or related fields.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in one or more areas, such as art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, or poetry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities for large groups, small groups, and one-on-one sessions.
• Clear communication and enthusiasm to motivate residents to participate actively.
• Education: High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
• Implement and oversee recreational programs and services that enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Collaborate with community agencies and resources to expand activity options.
• Adapt and adjust activities based on resident feedback and needs.
