We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and hands-on maintenance professional with experience in plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable traveling to different facilities based on project needs.
Projects may last several days or several weeks depending on the assignment, and you will work alongside the maintenance teams at each location to help complete important renovation and improvement work throughout the building.

Responsibilities:
- Complete renovation, repair, and maintenance projects at assigned facilities
- Travel to different locations based on project needs
- Perform hands-on work related to renovation and improvement projects throughout the building, including fixture replacements, patching, painting, light carpentry, and general repairs
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical work
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and help keep projects moving efficiently
- Work closely with the maintenance staff at each facility, who will provide on-site support throughout projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate project updates and material needs to management
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Plumbing and electrical experience required
- General knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel regularly between facility locations throughout New York
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance work
