Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of our facility—including residents' rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and laundry—are clean and tidy, adhering to high standards of cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents and staff, addressing any needs or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues as needed.
- Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as required.
- Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, and adhere to company policies and licensing laws.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in hospitality, healthcare, or senior housing environments is preferred.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and productive.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and helpfulness.
- Time Management: Effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of professionalism with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
- Competitive Salary: $16.00 per hour.
