Optometrist – Full-Time | Las Vegas, NV
Location: On-site | Multiple Locations
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, professional Optometrist (OD) to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced doctors or new graduates looking to build strong patient relationships in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage eye conditions (dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, etc.)
- Prescribe and fit glasses and contact lenses, including specialty lenses
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery patients
- Educate patients on vision care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with opticians, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care
Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active Nevada Optometry License (or in progress)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume or multi-location practices
- Familiarity with Optomap Daytona and Medmont topography
- Experience with scleral and specialty contact lenses
- Optical retail or sales experience
