Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Las Vegas, NV. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, and provide prescriptions for corrective lenses and treatments. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on proper eye care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Optometrist will ensure the highest level of patient care and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing vision problems
- Strong skills in prescribing corrective lenses and managing ocular diseases
- Effective communication and patient education skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Dedicated to delivering excellent patient care and a focus on patient satisfaction
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Active optometry license in the state of Nevada
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and advancements in optometry is a plus
