- Assessing and triaging patients rapidly upon arrival
- Administering medications and treatments according to protocols
- Monitoring patient safety, comfort, and vital signs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Providing patient education and explaining emergency procedures
- Responding effectively to life-threatening situations
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle irregular schedules, and maintain attention to detail
- Exceptional clinical judgment and professionalism
