Physical Therapist (PT) Role
Plans and executes treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards, utilizing clinical techniques and tools to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provides therapy interventions following established protocols, and creates care and discharge plans communicated to relevant parties.
Maintains accurate clinical documentation within deadlines and supervises assigned assistants.
Collaborates with disciplines to set team goals and establishes realistic treatment objectives.

- Minimum 1 years recent experience
- Graduate of an accredited school
- Active state license
- BLS certification
- Professional interaction with patients, families, physicians, and staff
