Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and facilitate programs using educational, sensorimotor, social, and recreational activities to assist patients in adjusting and achieving independence.
Establish and manage treatment plans with realistic goals to promote patient well-being.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and align on treatment objectives.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 years recent experience, graduate of an accredited school, active state license, and BLS certification.
Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
