Role: Assistant General Counsel

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on complex, high-impact matters within the Legal Department.
  • Lead defined portfolios, exercising independent judgment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external counsel.
  • Support governance, compliance, contracting, and strategic partnerships.
  • Advise business partners on legal issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • J.D. degree with a strong background in healthcare law.
  • 7 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Excellent legal judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters and work independently.
