- Deliver nursing care utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes
- Coordinate patient care activities and maintain high standards of practice
- Perform procedures such as IV starts, wound care, NGT management, and assist with bedside interventions
- Collaborate with team members and support hospital-wide needs through floating opportunities
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid RN license in the state and BLS certification
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
- Ability to work within policies and demonstrate professional growth
