Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan, evaluate, and monitor care accordingly.
Record pertinent observations and delegate tasks appropriately to team members.
Collaborate effectively to achieve unit goals and deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to complete a Bachelor's within five years if applicable.
Minimum of 1 years of inpatient RN experience.
Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS), and ACLS certification within one year of employment.

Key Duties: Critical thinking, patient assessment, documentation, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards. The role requires strong clinical skills, licensure, and certification compliance to ensure safe, effective patient care.
