- Delivering nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and updating care plans accordingly
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Implementing departmental policies, goals, and procedures
- Ensuring excellent customer service and positive patient interactions
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Active RN license in applicable state
- CPR certification (obtain during orientation if not current)
- Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience
