We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Surgical Department, responsible for providing direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with standards of practice.

- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and delivering clinical treatments.
- Documenting patient care, monitoring conditions, and communicating with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Coordinating patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
- Advocating for patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Participating in performance improvement and continuing education efforts.
- Maintaining reliable attendance and performing additional assigned duties.
- Current RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- PALS, ACLS, and Handle with Care preferred.
