- Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and share knowledge through professional development activities.
- Evaluate and supervise clinical interns from educational programs.
- Participate in departmental program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to assess and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
