Position Overview: A pediatric home health registered nurse provides dedicated, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting, focusing on building consistent relationships with children and families.
Core Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care with autonomy, follow clear care plans and physician orders, and utilize clinical judgment in a calm environment. Support high-acuity care through training, competency development, and collaboration with respiratory therapists and the care team.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Colorado RN license, active BLS CPR card (in-person), experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent management, and TB testing compliance.
