- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Ensuring patient rights and maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinating care across departments and evaluating care effectiveness
- Maintaining professional accountability and adherence to standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, completed within required timeframes
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of behavioral health and adult psychiatric care
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
