Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology

Location: Endeavor Health Cancer Center - Plainfield, IL

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patients
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
  • Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current Illinois RN licensure
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • CPR certification; OCN/ONS certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion or related fields such as ED, ICU, PACU

Key Attributes: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care. The role may involve occasional travel to other centers and on-call duties.
