Seeking a primary care physician for a rural critical access hospital in Nebraska. The role involves joining a collaborative team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs, with a 4-day workweek, Monday–Friday clinic hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and morning hospital rounds followed by patient consultations. The patient volume includes 16–20 adults and geriatrics daily, with opportunities to expand into pediatrics. Responsibilities include office-based procedures and providing comprehensive patient care. Call duties are once a weekday and weekend per month, within 30 minutes of the hospital.
Qualifications: Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, community-oriented, interested in long-term commitment.
Compensation and benefits: Earning potential up to $500,000, $80,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 relocation, student loan repayment, health/vision/dental insurance, 4 days CME with $4,000 allowance, 28 PTO days, 403(b) retirement plan with 5.5% match, and tail malpractice coverage.
