Ensure timely review and signing of MARs, orders, lab results, and documentation, including billing records, within specified timeframes.
Maintain open communication with facility staff, offering guidance on medications and patient care.
Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Consult with supervisors before refusing resident care requests.
Establish and foster positive relationships with facility personnel.
Qualifications: Master's in Nursing with a valid state license or graduation from an accredited physician assistant program with national certification and state licensure.
