PICU RN - PRN Flexibility

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Boston, MA, to provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.

Key responsibilities include

• administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• monitoring and documenting patient conditions
• collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• maintaining compliance with safety standards and facility policies

Qualified candidates must have an active Massachusetts RN license, American Heart Association certification, and a minimum of 2 years PICU experience. Current BLS & ACLS certifications are required, with PALS preferred.

Ideal skills include being clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced environments.

This role involves

• self-scheduling for 12-hour shifts (day or night)
