We are seeking a PRN Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care for critically ill pediatric patients.
Key responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support; monitoring and documenting patient conditions; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care standards.
Qualifications include an active Massachusetts RN license, minimum 2 years PICU experience, current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred), and the ability to pass background screening.
Skills needed are clinical confidence, adaptability, and experience in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
