- Develop individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure medical records are accurate and compliant with regulations and policies.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
