Role Overview: This full-time nocturnist position is responsible for providing overnight care to pediatric cardiology patients, including those with heart failure, transplant, electrophysiology, and post-operative conditions. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity, academic environment, utilizing Epic EMR, and managing complex cases without performing procedures.

- Deliver overnight inpatient care for pediatric cardiology patients
- Work rotating night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) with weekend rotations
- Coordinate with nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, and child life teams
- Utilize electronic medical records to document and manage patient care
- Preferred: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, experienced Physician Assistants, or qualified new grads
- Strong collaboration, communication, and pediatric cardiology knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
