- Operate MRI units and radiology computer systems proficiently.
- Perform MRI scans, quality control, and safety screenings for patients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and departmental protocols.
- Obtain clinical history, verify insurance pre-authorization, and document patient information accurately.
- Assist with workflow coordination and patient care activities.
- Demonstrate ability to access IV, manage contrast media, and perform i-STAT testing.
- ARRT Registered Technologist with MRI certification (required within 2 years).
- Experience as an MR Technologist.
- State licensure in radiation protection.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and at various locations.
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CPR certification.
