- Documenting treatment activities accurately within EMR systems and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
- Educating patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies.
- Supporting virtual care options to increase access and flexibility.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and degree from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in computer and EMR use, with current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet physical demands of in-home care, including lifting, transferring, and driving.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient relationship skills.
